South Indian Fantasy is the well-designed itinerary which gives you the chance to explore the amazing places in Karnataka and Tamil Nadu: Bangalore Mysore in Karnataka andOoty in Tamil Nadu. During this tour you will explore the glorious history of Mysore while exploring the various spectacular architectures of the region. Along with that you will also explore the Ooty which is located on the foothill of Nilgiri, on the height of about 2,240 meter above sea level, it is the most beautiful hill station, located in Tamil Nadu. It is one of the most picturesque place renown for tea and coffee plantation. Apart from this you will get an opportunity to enjoy the major attractions of Coonoor, where you will visit the major sightseeing’s of the city. You will also explore the Silicon Valley of India, Bangalore, which is the capital of Karnataka state. The duration of the package is 05 nights and 06 days.
Itinerary
Day 1: Bangalore (Arrival) Sightseeing
Upon arriving at the Bangalore Airport, meet our representative, after welcome, transfer to your hotel. It is also known as Silicon Valley of India, Bangalore is the capital of Karnataka state.
Once you reach Bangalore check-in to your pre-booked hotel. After freshen up, proceed to visit the major attractions of the city such as St. Mark's Cathedral, ISKCON Sri Radha Krishna-Chandra temple, Shivasamudram Falls, and Wonderla Amusement Park. In the evening visit to the Nandi temple and the VidhanSoudha temple. Enjoy overnight in the hotel.
Day 2: Bangalore-Mysore (By Road-145 Kilometres) Sightseeing
In the morning after breakfast, drive straight to Mysore.On the way visit Srirangapatna- the capital of Hyder Ali and his son Tipu Sultan. Visit Tipu's Palace that is now in ruins, Gumbaz- the burial chamber of Tipu Sultan, his father Haider Ali and mother Fatima Begum and lastly, Tipu Sultan’s Summer Palace, known as DariyaDaulat Palace.
Once reach Mysore, check-in to your pre-booked hotel. Take rest for a while. Post lunch enjoy a sightseeing tour of Mysore including Golden Royal Elephant, Brindavan Gardens, Mysore Zoo and the Durbar hall. Have your dinner and overnight stay in the hotel.
Day 3: Mysore Sightseeing
Post breakfast; explore the Maharaja Palace, also known as Mysore Palace or the Amba Vilas Palace - official residence of Wodeyars, the royal family of Mysore. Afterwards, visit the Nandi or Bull temple at the Chamundi Hills- a temple dedicated to Nandi (Bull), the vehicle of Lord Shiva. The next visit is to St. Philomena's Church - one of the oldest churches in India. Back to Mysore for visiting the Mysore Zoo. Overnight stay.
Day 4: Mysore-Ooty (By Road-160 Kilometres)Sightseeing
After breakfast, proceed to Ooty, Located on the foothill of Nilgiri, on the height of about 2,240 meter above sea level, it is the most beautiful hill station, located in Tamil Nadu. It is one of the most picturesque place renown for tea and coffee plantation.
On the way, visit Bandipur National Park, which a major wildlife reserve of the southern part of India. Explore the wildlife here.
On reaching, check into your pre-booked hotel. Rest for a while. Post lunch, proceed for sightseeing tour of Ooty. During the tour you will cover some major attractions of the city such as Ooty, including Koddandu Point, Ketty Valley, Lamb’s Park, Tea Gardens, Dolphin’s Nose, Rose Garden, Avalanche and Sim’s Park.
After sightseeing, return back to the Ooty. Overnight stay in the hotel.
Day 5: Ooty-Coonoor-Ooty (By Road-20 Kilometres)Sightseeing
Post breakfast, head towards Coonoor. Enjoy the major sightseeing’s of the Conoor, cover the major attractions such as The Tea Gardens, Sim's Park, and Dolphin's Nose Military Campus Willington.After sightseeing, return back to the Ooty. Overnight stay in the hotel.
Day 6: Ooty-Coimbatore (By Road-90 Kilometres)
